THE COMPANY

Minas Tirith Ltd was formed in 1986 to provide consultancy services to the property development industry. Clients being Local Authorities, Landowners, Housing Associations, Developers, etc. Part of the service provided was survey, plotting, analysis and project management. So as to provide a fast efficient service, state of the art survey and plotting systems and methods were adopted and developed.

It was pointed out that the sophisticated systems developed for the development industry, giving great accuracy, could be used with advantage for archaeological sites. A division of the company was formed (Archaeological Survey) to apply the systems and expertise to archaeology.
